What are some of the definitive PS3 games I should keep a lookout for?

I was able to snag a ps3 fir the first time in a long time the other day, but have no idea where to start as far as games go. What are some recommendations for the “must have” games on this console? I picked up the mass effect trilogy the other day, and Red Dead Redemption is probably next on my list. Hoping to find some fun stuff, thanks!
